AGC takes part in the Public-Private Dialogue (PPD) on electricity

Afrika German Consult took an active part in the Public-Private Dialogue (PPD) on electricity, held on 26 June 2026 at the Pullman Hotel Kinshasa by the Ministry of Water Resources and Electricity, in collaboration with the Fédération des Entreprises du Congo (FEC) and with support from IFC / the World Bank Group.

AGC attends DRC Mining Week 2026 in Lubumbashi

Afrika German Consult took part in the 21^st edition of DRC Mining Week, held from 17 to 19 June 2026 at the Pullman Grand Karavia Hotel in Lubumbashi. One of the largest gatherings in the African mining sector, the event brought together mining operators, investors, financial institutions and government officials around the challenges facing the Congolese extractive industry.

For AGC, this participation continues its long-standing positioning in the energy and infrastructure sectors that support mining development — power lines, water supply and related works at extraction sites. It was also an opportunity to strengthen exchanges with international funders and operators active in the copper belt.

AGC celebrates 35 years

Founded in Kinshasa in 1990 as Société Africaine d'Ingénierie, Afrika German Consult reaches 35 years of continuous activity in Central Africa in 2026. A journey marked by integration into the German Fichtner group, renewed independence in 2015, and more than 120 projects delivered for international funders in energy, water and infrastructure.

This milestone will be marked this year by an event bringing together the firm's teams, long-standing partners and clients — an opportunity to look back on three and a half decades of transformative projects, and to look ahead to AGC's next chapters in Sub-Saharan Africa.
