Governance
& Management

For over three decades, AGC has relied on an experienced leadership team, responsible governance and multidisciplinary expertise to support the most demanding infrastructure projects in Africa.

Organisation

An organisation built to serve projects.

AGC's governance rests on a Chairman and CEO, an Authorised Officer and a General Management team, supported by a General Control department, an IT department and a panel of Legal and Technical Advisors. Three directorates then carry out the company's activities.

• Technical Directorate:
It covers three major domains — energy and hydraulic production & infrastructure; electrical networks & installations; water and infrastructure — each structured into technical divisions: studies, works supervision, hydrology, topography, geotechnics, environmental and social studies, among others.

• Administrative & Financial Directorate:
It brings together, on one side, the financial function — treasury, controlling, accounting, budget and tax — and on the other, the administrative function, namely human resources and logistics.

• Business Development Directorate
It is built around two complementary missions: tendering and business prospecting. A Technical and Economic team is attached to this directorate to actively respond to the needs of the various sectors.

• Assistants at the heart of the organisation:
At every level of this organisation, an executive assistant ensures smooth day-to-day operations and guarantees the fast, accurate flow of information across all levels of the company.
