Technical expertise covering the entire project cycle.
From the feasibility study to the final handover, AGC is involved at every critical stage — with the technical standards and rigour demanded by our clients and partners.
Feasibility Studies
Before any financial commitment, AGC assesses the technical, economic and environmental viability of a project. Our feasibility studies enable project owners and funders to make informed decisions, select the optimal scenario and calibrate the resources required. We produce reports that comply with the requirements of international financing institutions.
Owner's Engineering
AGC represents the project owner's interests throughout the project, providing independent technical oversight of the studies, construction and equipment. With no conflict of interest (AGC neither distributes nor represents any equipment supplier), our sole loyalty is to the client. This positioning is valued by institutional funders, who often require it as part of their financing conditions.
Detailed Design
Detailed design translates feasibility choices into precise, costed technical solutions. AGC produces all the studies and drawings needed to finalise the project, obtain regulatory approvals and prepare tender documents. Our detailed designs comply with FIDIC standards and the technical requirements set by funders.
Tender Documentation
AGC prepares and manages tendering procedures in compliance with the procurement rules of international funders. We draft the contractual documents, support bid evaluation and help the project owner select the most qualified contractors with the transparency required by funders.
Works Supervision
Present on site, our engineers supervise the execution of works to ensure compliance with technical specifications, schedule and budget. AGC provides regular reporting to funders, manages interfaces with contractors and certifies payment applications. Our local presence in the DRC and Congo-Brazzaville is a decisive advantage for projects in Central Africa.
Institutional Support
Beyond the engineering of structures, AGC supports public institutions and sector operators in strengthening their management, planning and control capacities. This includes the implementation of management systems, training of local teams and assistance in the organisational structuring of project-owner entities.
Claims Management
Infrastructure projects frequently generate complex contractual claims. AGC assists project owners in preventing, analysing and resolving contractor claims, drawing on in-depth mastery of FIDIC contracts and international arbitration procedures. Our independence is a guarantee of objectivity recognised by both parties.
Independent Technical Audit
AGC carries out independent technical audits for investors, lenders and financing institutions seeking to assess the condition, performance and risks of existing infrastructure assets. As Lender's Engineer, we provide an objective technical opinion that secures investment decisions in complex environments.
